Shipping And Delivery
You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. Please contact our helpdesk (mail help@chumbak.in) if you are unsure.
We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can check estimated delivery time for your pincode on any product page.
We charge Rs.99 for orders with value below Rs.999.
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by logging in on our website.
If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Helpdesk immediately. Drop us an email at help@chumbak.in.
We get it. Our products are simply awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by visiting us at our Bulk orders page or by contacting us via bulk-orders@chumbak.in.
Note: We do not offer customization of products.
Unfortunately, invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.
In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return or reach out to us on help@chumbak.in within 24 - 28 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please ensure that packaging of the recieved product is intact with you for return/replacement.
- Orders placed till 3 pm from monday to saturday are eligible for NDD except for holidays and sunday.
- Next Day Delivery is available only for selected pincodes.
Returns & Exchange
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to help@chumbak.in. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
You can return certain products, up to 14 days from the date of delivery, from "My Orders" or "Track Order" section of our website. Or, you can send a request to help@chumbak.in.
The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
You can return all items except personal care items, furniture, pop sockets, wall prints & frames, bodysuits, and outdoor reusable masks, and all other such products where non-returnable is mentioned in the product description section. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
Please ensure that packaging of the recieved product is intact with you for return/replacement.
Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check if your pincode has this facility in "My Orders" or "Track Order" section of our website, or by contacting help@chumbak.in. If your pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
- The packaging should have the original tags in place.
They should be returned within 14 days from the dispatch date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Sure. But the pick up address needs to be in our list of viable pincodes. You can check this in "My Orders" or "Track Order" section of our website.
You can only exchange your item within 14 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.
For orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self ship the items to Chumbak. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed through a chumbak.com voucher. This will be done post the quality check of all received items.
